Glen and Paige Rogers
Glen and Paige are alumni of UW Oshkosh and served several years as student leaders before becoming staff to the ministry. They are passionate about reaching young adults on the university campus and helping hearts draw closer to Jesus. In their spare time, Glen loves to go disc golfing and Paige loves to go fishing!
Davana Boushele
Davana is an alumni of North Central University in Minnesota with a degree in Worship Leading. She serves as our creative director (worship, photography, graphic design, etc). She has a heart to see people come to know God more through worship. Davana loves hosting game nights, watching movies, and getting to go to concerts!
Joshua Ernst
Joshua is an alumni of Trinity Bible College in North Dakota. He serves as staff for UWO Chi Alpha while also serving as the Wisconsin/Northern Michigan Chi Alpha Network Director. Joshua and his wife Heather are parents to three sons and one daughter. Among many things, he has a love for movies, especially Star Wars!
Derek Nelson
Derek is an alumni of UW Oshkosh. He served several years during the beginning years of Chi Alpha's ministry in the late 2000s. He is excited to serve and help our ministry thrive. He and his wife, Hannah, have four children and are passionate about serving in the local church.
