Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is a community of college students earnestly seeking Jesus. We believe that anyone is able to feel like they BELONG in community and seek to help them BELIEVE as followers of Christ while discipling them to BECOME more like Jesus. We come together to worship our amazing God, to learn His Word through discipleship , to encourage one another and pray, and to enjoy making friendships that will last a lifetime!
We know that this season of starting college can feel intimidating and overwhelming. We want you to know that we are here for you and would love to help you navigate this season!

We believe that God has placed a called on our lives to make disciples as read in Matthew 28:18-20. We go about discipleship through one-on-one mentorship, our training for core group leadership, and through our Core Groups. We would love for you to consider being discipled by one of our Core Group Leaders!
We have Core Groups that offer the opportunity to grow in studying the Bible alongside friends. We host gender-specific groups that will meet different days of the week. Take a look at our groups, leaders, and times on our Core Groups page!
Chi Alpha was birthed out of the Pentecostal movement and believes in the Spirit Empowerment God gives us through the nine spiritual gifts and the baptism of the Holy Spirit. We welcome any and all denominational backgrounds and seek to share about God through gospel-centered teaching.
Our ministry is strongly invested in reaching the students of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, but welcomes young adults to join us in Core Groups, Monday Nights, events, and more. We kindly request that those who attend be 18-23 years old if they are not a UWO student.
We know that there are many people who come into college at different stages in life. If you are a non-traditional student but desire to get plugged into Christian community, we invite you to come check us out and see if it’s the right fit for you!
