Meet Our Chi Alpha Staff Team
Joshua Ernst
UW Oshkosh Chi Alpha Community Advisor/Director
Joshua is a graduate of Trinity Bible College in North Dakota. He launched Chi Alpha at UWO back in 2008 with his wife (Heather) and has stepped back into that role of campus director alongside being the Wisconsin/Northern Michigan district Chi Alpha director. Joshua is a father to three sons and one daughter. Among many things, he has a love for movies, especially Star Wars!
Rachel Yokers
UW Oshkosh Chi Alpha Community Advisor/Missionary
Rachel is an alum of UW Oshkosh and has served in several roles throughout the years. She is passionate to teach young adults about the love and hope of God as well as helping them mature as a disciple of Christ and improve in their biblical literacy. In her spare time, Rachel loves to spend time with her black cat, make her own coffee with her espresso machine, and read great books!
Davana Boushele
UW Oshkosh Chi Alpha Community Advisor/Missionary
Davana has been on staff with Chi Alpha at UWO since 2018 after finishing college at North Central University in Minnesota with a degree in worship leading. She has a heart to see people come to know God more through musical worship but has also grown a love for preaching the Word of God. Davana loves hosting game nights, watching movies, and getting to go to concerts!
Rachel Peterson
UW Oshkosh Chi Alpha Community Advisor/Volunteer Staff
Rachel is our most recent staff member and is giving a year as a volunteer staff member! Passionate about pursing a career in ministry, Rachel earned her degree in ministerial studies through Global University over a year ago. She has been a part of our ministry for the past four years as a student, and majority of her time has served as a small group leader. She loves the Miami Heat, going to visit the Florida Keys, Taylor Swift, and is passionate about reaching hearts for the sake of Christ!
